TRAINING

Managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers at all levels of employment must receive OHS-compliant health and safety training. We will use effective training systems to inform workers of their expectations, provide information on how to perform tasks safely, and allow workers to express their concerns about health and safety issues. In order to create a safe working environment, managers and supervisors must receive leadership training as well as health and safety management training. Subcontractors, depending on their trade or scope of work, require specialized safety training. All employees, including subcontractors, must have First Aid/CPR, H2S, Ground Disturbance, WHMIS, and TDG training certificates.
