Our management team is dedicated to creating a comprehensive health and safety system that extends to all employees, contractors, visitors, and members of the general public. With a keen focus on the environment, we strive to minimize any negative impact of our construction and excavation projects.

EDUCATION & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

It is mandatory for all employees, including managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers across all levels, to undergo health and safety training that complies with OHS standards. We are committed to implementing efficient training systems that communicate job expectations, provide guidance on safe work practices, and encourage open dialogue about health and safety concerns.

To foster a secure work environment, managers and supervisors must receive both leadership and health and safety management training. Depending on their specific trade or the nature of their work, subcontractors may need additional safety training.

Our Certificate of Recognition (COR) is not just a certificate but a testament to our commitment to maintaining a robust health and safety program. This active COR signifies that our health and safety management system has been evaluated by a certified auditor and meets provincial standards. These standards are established by Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

We continually monitor and update our health and safety program to ensure it remains effective and relevant. This involves regular safety audits, employee training updates, hazard identification and control, and emergency response planning.

In addition to our internal checks and balances, we utilize ComplyWorks and ISN network for third-party verification of our compliance. These platforms provide real-time insights into our compliance status, helping us manage risk and ensure that we meet both regulatory and client requirements.
